Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you must notify us of your intention to return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your credit card, an exchange for a different product, or store credit. The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging and original condition with all labels attached within 30 days, with its original receipt, insured and by courier mail. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders and custom designs. The Velari Art Studio does not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for return shipping charges.
This warranty does not apply to breakage of jewellery due to the negligence (stepped on, dropped on a hard surface floor, chipped stones etc.) Stones and pearls are very often specially treated to enhance its colour. We use natural stones whenever possible, but often, it is impossible to know if a stone has been treated. Please, when wearing jewellery, use care when exposing to chemicals, especially chlorine. Chemicals can make stones “bleed’ or remove the shiny finish. And remember that most of our water supply contains chemicals, so even over-exposure to household water can damage some pieces. If this happened the return warranty will not be applicable and we will not accept damaged jewellery back.
Care Instruction
Stones and pearls used in jewelleries will show natural imperfections and inclusions, which sometimes become a focal point of they attraction and beauty and should not be considered damaged. Softer stones such as fluorite, turquoise, corrals and pearls may scratch easily. If you wish, lightly apply baby oil to stones and silver parts to bring out a higher shine and protect from tarnish.
After wearing your jewellery, gently wipe it with a soft polishing cloth to remove any body oil, makeup, hairspray and perfume. Store it in a plastic sealed bag with anti-tarnish strip in your jewellery box, to protect from light exposure.
Disclaimer
The photographs of the jewellery are only representatives of the designs that you purchase. Each jewellery piece is unique and, because of the differences in the natural stones, may not be the exact copy of the photograph. The jewellery is photographed in natural light in order to reflect the actual colour of the stones. However, due to colour variations on computer systems, the colour seen on your computer screen may not reflect exactly the actual colour of the piece. Every effort is made to identify the stones that have been altered (heat treated, dyed, colour enhanced).
Shipping
The Velari Art Studio ships all orders via ARAMEX and Worldwide. Costs of shipping will depend on its weight; - for packages less than 0.5kg ( approximately 5 necklaces) – please add $12
- for packages less than 1 kg ( approximately 10 necklaces) – please add $20
- for packages of bigger size please contact us to determine the costs of shipping. In most cases for big orders significant discount will apply on shipping or on total order
Insurance on the declared shipment value can be arranged upon request.
Sales/ Customs Tax
Sales and Customs Tax could be added to your order, depending on your country regulations. It is not included in the price of the item or shipping charges and is solar responsibility of the buyer. Damage or Loss in Shipping We take every precaution to make sure your package arrives at its destination unharmed. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can contact the agency responsible. Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please do not discard any part of the order or its packaging until instructed to do so, as this may cause delays or even prevent reimbursement.
Privacy Policy
We will never sell your information to anyone, for any reason. We will only ever use your address to ship specifically requested orders or to send you information on Velari Art Studio events and news.
Ordering and Payment
A shopping cart link is provided for most of the items. Payment is through the secure 2checkout link. It accepts most of the mage credit cards – VISA, Master Card, and American Express. If you are interested in one of the Studio designs that does not currently have a shopping cart link, please contact us and when your item is ready we will send you an electronic link and the payment will be processed via 2checkout system. |
